Closure by jillibet
jillibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
- Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider associated with the account.
- Identification of the account as a duplicate of an existing account held by the same individual.
Effect of Closure
Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by jillibet — all pending bets and active bonus balances will be settled or cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
